The Cyprus Touch manages villa rentals on behalf of owners — maximising rental income while protecting and maintaining the property itself. Its customers are handing over an asset worth several hundred thousand pounds to a company they have often never met in person, frequently from another country. That is a large amount of trust to ask for, and almost all of it has to be earned before anyone picks up the phone.
We built a clean, professional WordPress site structured around the owner’s sequence: what the service covers, what it costs, and how to make contact. Publishing the fee structure openly does more work than any amount of reassuring copy — an owner comparing management companies wants the number, and the one that hides it loses.
We set up a domain-based email address so correspondence comes from the business rather than a free mailbox, and integrated a contact form built for lead capture. Performance and security hardening were applied throughout, because a slow or insecure site undermines exactly the impression a property manager needs to give.
