Pricing
Anyone can connect two apps. The difference is what happens on a bad day.
We build the automations that run your operation, then we monitor them, fix them and improve them — so they are still working in a year. Transparent monthly pricing for small and medium businesses; scoped project pricing where the work is genuinely bespoke.
Have it managed, or have it built and own it.
Most businesses want the first. Some — regulated, complex, or with their own engineering team — want the second. The difference is not size, it is whether you want to own and run the automation yourself.
We build it and we run it
You get the hours back without hiring anyone or owning a system nobody in your team understands. We monitor every workflow, fix what breaks, and keep improving it. Six-month initial term, then rolling monthly.
We build it and you own it
Fixed-price projects for complex integration, operational AI and regulated environments. Scoped properly after a paid review, delivered with documentation, and handed over — with a managed plan afterwards only if you want one.
Automation that stays working.
Plans are priced by how many automations we are responsible for and how fast we respond — not by hours or days of our time. Every plan includes an activation fee covering the build itself.
One automation you cannot afford to have quietly fail.
- Monitoring and automated alerting
- Failure triage and break/fix
- Credential and API-change assistance
- Monthly health summary
- Initial response within 2 business days
Several automations, kept working and improved.
- Everything in Essential
- Priority failure handling
- Minor adjustments included
- Quarterly optimisation review
- Initial response next business day
Automation is now operationally important to you.
- Everything in Managed
- Broader workflow coverage
- More complex integrations
- Monthly service review
- Initial response same business day
Additional automations
Add to any plan as your operation grows. No re-tiering, no renegotiation.
Six-month initial term, then rolling with 30 days’ notice either way. Move tier up or down at any renewal. Annual prepayment saves you a month.
What your plan covers, and what we quote for.
The test is what a change touches, not how long it takes. That keeps it a question with an answer rather than a negotiation every time you ask for something.
Included in your plan
- Changing something that already exists — a field mapping, recipient, threshold, template, schedule, or the copy in an email
- Re-authenticating or replacing expired credentials
- Fixing something that has stopped working
- Adjusting an alert or a report’s recipients
- Advice on what to automate next
Quoted separately
- Adding a system that is not already connected
- New branching or decision logic
- Writing to a system of record where an error has financial or legal consequence
- Anything needing a new AI model, prompt chain or training data
- Anything needing its own test environment or a parallel run
- Anything touching regulated data or requiring an audit trail
What we automate.
These are processes we have built before and will build again, which is why they are quick to activate and dependable to run. Anything outside this list is quoted as a custom project.
Lead capture and routing
Enquiries stop sitting unassigned. Captured, routed, owned, with an alert when nobody picks up.
Client onboarding
Every new client gets the same start — accounts, documents, welcome sequence, internal tasks.
Document collection
Requested, tracked, chased and filed without anyone remembering to chase.
Invoice chasing
Overdue invoices detected, reminders escalated, payments matched. Read-only from your ledger.
CRM hygiene
Fields updated from real activity, duplicates caught, stale records flagged — so the CRM stays trusted.
Review requests
Good work turned into public proof, with negative feedback routed to a person before it lands online.
AI enquiry triage and operational reporting are also available, on the Managed plan or above — both depend on systems that change frequently and need closer monitoring.
When it needs building properly — and you need to own it.
For regulated, complex or genuinely bespoke work. Every project starts with a paid review, because we will not quote a fixed price on a process we have not mapped.
Automation Review
£950
Your process mapped as it actually runs, every opportunity costed in hours and pounds, and a written build plan for the biggest one. Credited in full against a project booked within 60 days.
Custom Automation
from £3,000
Complex workflow automation, AI implementation and system integration. Fixed price scoped from the review, with parallel-run validation, error handling, rollback and documentation.
Enterprise Automation
Bespoke
Regulated environments, complex infrastructure and multi-process transformation. Audit trail, compliance controls, security review and procurement support.
Every build answers four questions before it goes live: what happens when it fails, where a human approves, how you undo it, and who finds out.
The questions that actually matter.
What counts as one automation?
One business process handled end to end — client onboarding, or invoice chasing — however many individual workflows sit underneath it. We count processes, not moving parts, because that is how you think about what you bought.
Is the response time a promise to fix it?
No, and we would rather be clear about that than sell you something we cannot honour. The stated times are how quickly a person picks it up and tells you what is happening. How long a fix takes depends on what broke — an expired credential is minutes, a vendor changing their API without notice is not.
What if it breaks at 2am?
Monitoring runs continuously and alerts fire immediately, so we usually know before you do. Response times are business hours; out-of-hours cover is not included in any plan, and if you need it we will price it separately rather than pretend otherwise.
How long am I tied in?
Six months to start, then rolling with 30 days’ notice either way. You can move tier up or down at any renewal. Annual prepayment saves you a month.
Can you take on automations somebody else built?
Usually. It needs a short review first — we cannot be responsible for something we have not read. If it is well built we will say so; if it needs rebuilding before it can be supported, we will tell you what that costs before you commit.
What happens if I leave?
You keep the automations. We hand over the workflows, the credentials and the documentation, and we will spend a session walking your team or your next supplier through them. Nothing is built in a way that holds you hostage.
Web and operations.
Two other things we do, for clients who need them.
Web Design & WordPress
Sites for businesses that need the site to work rather than win awards. Fixed price, fixed scope.
Fractional Operations
Operational leadership without another full-time hire, from someone who has run operations rather than only advised on them.
Tell us which process costs you the most time.
If automating it will not pay for itself, we will say so. That is a shorter conversation and it saves us both the trouble.
