The problem

A founder with one announcement to make has two bad options. A PR agency wants a retainer and an account manager, which prices out anyone without a marketing budget. A cheap distribution service will publish anything, which is precisely why the placement is worth nothing. PromoBoost had to sit between the two — cheap enough to buy on a card, fast enough to matter, and edited well enough that the coverage carries weight. All of it simple enough for a solo founder or an independent artist to use without hand-holding, and all of it inside 48 hours.

What we did

PromoBoost is a productised service where the automation is the fulfilment, not a helper bolted on the side. A customer picks one of three tiers — Launch, Launch+ or Launch Pro — and submits their own copy or a brief for it to be written. The PromoBoost AI Engine™ structures the release, handling headline optimisation and keyword work. An editor reviews before anything is placed.

Approved releases go out across the partner network, including PromoMag and Choice For Music UK. Every release also lands in the Newsroom, which is indexed — so fulfilling an order builds the platform’s own search footprint. Delivery and marketing are the same action.

The tiers are not simply price points. Each one maps to a defined amount of human involvement, so margin is designed in rather than discovered later. And nothing reaches a partner site on the AI’s say-so: the editorial gate is what separates this from a distribution mill, and it is the reason a PromoBoost placement is worth having.
