StudioTrap is a specialist tattoo and piercing studio — custom work, cover-ups, walk-ins and laser removal. The work sells itself the moment someone sees it, so the problem was never persuasion. It was the gap between finding the studio and holding an appointment. The studio was already running bookings through SumUp and Fresha and had no intention of abandoning either, so anything we built had to work with the tools they already trusted rather than replace them.
We designed and built a dark, high-impact WordPress site that matches the studio’s aesthetic — bold visuals, minimal copy, one obvious action. It is structured around what a prospective client actually needs: what is on offer, how to book, and how to find them.
Both SumUp Bookings and Fresha are integrated directly, so the studio keeps the flexibility it already had instead of being pushed onto a single system. Instagram and Threads are embedded to send visitors to the studio’s live portfolio, because that is where the real selling happens.
The result removes the steps between seeing the work and booking it.
